Eat right! It’s simple to avoid the freshman 15 if you have your mind on track. Fruits = great snacks on the go or even in class! And find a gym that’s local!

Push ups, running, etc. Try getting a weight ball, those work like magic ;D

Workout on soft mats (like a yoga mat) and also try carpets. It might help!
